Four sisters come of age in America in the aftermath of the Civil War.
It`s an odd couple? Yes, but they do have chemistry, yet there`s nothing remarkable in it.
I mean it`s funny for some moments and you obviously have to believe the **** the film builds in order to actually enjoy the story because I hate to be the guy who puts it in that way, but c`mon, such a powerful woman with Charlize Theron`s looks falling in love of a guy like Seth Rogen`s character? Please.
It`s a story that has been seen countless times before, yes even with men and while entertaining enough, it doesn`t come up with anything new and it doesn`t really bring something more interesting to the table of these genre.
It`s just light comedy and romance. It might work for the weekend but if you`re up for more substance you will have too look for something else.
